DBS Risk Assessment to Commence in Post prior to a satisfactory DBS Disclosure

This form is to be used for applicants awaiting a DBS certificate to enable them to start in post. All applications must have completed all other pre employment checks including registering with the DBS update service using their DBS applications number.

The risk assessment confirms the you as the appointing manager has reviewed all risks including the information disclosure regarding convictions as part of the recruitment process (application form and candidate declaration form) and support the applicant starting in post prior to DBS clearance.
