Internal Move Form

When being recruited into your new primary role your bank assignment will automatically change to reflect your new role. This form is to be used for Internal colleagues who wish to retain their current bank assignment along with their new bank assignment when being recruited into their new primary role or for internal colleagues who do not have a bank assignment and wish to be set up with one.

On receipt of the request, Recruitment will review the form and take the appropriate action.

You have the option of having a Flexible Workforce (Bank) contract in addition to your primary assignment. This bank assignment will mirror your primary assignment and enable you to work additional shifts for the Trust above your contract hours.

Bank assignments are contracted through separate terms and conditions which would be issued to you on confirmation of opting in. These assignments are paid weekly and not monthly until confirmed below. With this being a separate contract, you will also receive a separate payslip for any work completed until this assignment.
Please note: Having a bank assignment does not mean you have to do additional shifts, but the assignment would be removed if no work was conducted during a 6-month period. It is possible to request a bank assignment at a later date if you are currently undecided.
